Cancellation & Refund Policy

One to one sessions

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you.  If you find that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so by phone (+33 675 90 86 32).

You can reschedule your appointment at no extra charge providing you do so more than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of making the booking, you may have a full refund minus a 5% transaction fee.

If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged the full amount.

Workshops and courses

If you find that you need to cancel a workshop or course that you have registered for please do so by phone (+33 675 90 86 32).

You can postpone a workshop or course to the next available date at no extra charge provided you do so at least 14 days before it is scheduled to start.

If you cancel your workshop or course within 24 hours of making the booking, you may have a full refund minus a 5% transaction fee.

If you cancel a workshop or course more than 14 days before it is scheduled to start, you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.

If you cancel a workshop or course less than 14 days before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged the full amount.
