Hello!

I’m Kirsti, a well-being practitioner, and I’m passionate about well-being, psychology, and personal and spiritual development. I’ve lived a bit of an unconventional life. I’ve never followed the rules, and I’ve always danced to my own rhythm. I’ve spent a lot of my free time in yoga ashrams, meditation retreats, and psychic and mediumship workshops and centers.

At the same time, it's always been important to me to stay grounded, real, and practical. I have a passion for research and evidence-based well-being tools. My vocational skills and qualifications are backed up by a Master of Science in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

WORK LIFE

Throughout my life, I’ve worked in various roles within the psychology and wellness industry. In England, I served as an Applied Behaviour Analysis Therapist, supporting children on the autism spectrum in both the private and education sectors.

Driven by a passion for travel and new experiences, I later worked as a massage therapist and stewardess in the luxury superyacht industry. Returning to land, I continued my work as a massage therapist, while also teaching yoga and hypnobirthing on the Côte d’Azur.

Today, I help clients deepen their relationship with themselves by providing a safe, supportive space for personal exploration. I help my clients embrace their unique journey, shift their inner world, and transform their outer reality. I don’t identify as a therapist and don’t focus on mental health disorders. Instead, I am a holistic personal development strategist and practitioner with a focus on our more expansive states of consciousness as a powerful resource to be tapped into for empowerment.

In my practice, I draw on my extensive background in psychology, spirituality and wellness. I have a First Class Hons. Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science with Distinction in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology. I’m a 500 RYT Yoga practitioner, with a deep understanding of the philosophy and psychology of the Yoga Sutras. I am also a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, and a transpersonal psychology coach.

In my practice, I blend coaching, transpersonal psychology, positive psychology, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, and cognitive behavioural tools to help my clients enhance their well-being through intentional personal development, practice, and exploration.

In my practice, I draw on various schools of thought, theory and evidence-based approaches.

  • Positive Psychology

  • Transpersonal Psychology

  • Solution Focused Support

  • Somatic Coaching

  • Integrative and Integral Practice

  • Shadow and archetype work

  • Yoga philosophy and psychology

  • Mindfulness and non-duality

PERSONAL LIFE

I’ve been on a transformative journey of personal development and self-exploration for over thirty years, and I continue to walk this path each day. My journey has taken me deep into my shadows and high into transcendent states, revealing a powerful truth: the deeper we explore, the higher we transcend. This is why I advocate for a balanced approach that honors the subconscious, conscious, and superconscious realms.

Along the way, I’ve had many extraordinary experiences — from psychic insights to mystical awakenings. In 2018, I underwent a profound mystical experience that lasted over a year, during which I observed the gradual merging of my egoic self with my non-dual essence. This experience provided me with a deep understanding of the intersection between egoic identity and expanded states of consciousness.

The insights gained from this experience, combined with my personal journey and my background in psychology, allow me to guide others on their own paths of self-discovery and growth.

Through thirty years of spiritual and personal development, I’ve transformed my own life, moving from a place of anger, despair, depression, and low self-esteem to one of inner peace, joy, and strength. It is my passion to help others discover this same transformation and find the peace and empowerment that resides within themselves.

My husband and I will be celebrating 20 years together in 2024. Our relationship has and continues to give me the opportunity to grow and develop. We live in the countryside with our three cats: Moushka, Bob and Brodo.

WRITING AND ACADEMIC

When I’m not seeing clients or out in nature, you’ll find me writing about wellness, spirituality, personal development, and mental health. You can follow me on Medium, Insta, and my blog. I write my own media, and I’m a content creator for other wellness enterprises.

I have an essay about sacred coaching published in the Transpersonal Coaching Handbook (3rd Edition), and my research was published in the Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology Journal. I’m also on the editorial board for the peer-reviewed Journal of Transpersonal Psychology Coaching.

This year, I’ll be busting out of my comfort zone and presenting my research at the Eurotas conference in Oxford where I’ll be giving a talk and holding some workshops.

WORKING WITH A PRACTITIONER

Choosing a wellness practitioner can be challenging. Sometimes, we’re in a dilemma about what type of help we need. Should I see a psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counsellor, coach, or mentor? What sort of approach should I be looking for? Who has the credentials to help me move forward? It can get quite confusing and complicated.

But here’s the thing. Research suggests that it doesn’t really matter what approach is used to help people achieve well-being and flourish. What has more influence on whether your time together is productive is the quality of your relationship with your practitioner.

In other words, the connection is more important than the approach. I’ve shared a bit about myself above so you can get an idea of who I am and whether you might like to work with me.

If you suspect you have a mental health disorder, I recommend seeking help from your doctor or a clinical psychologist. I may not be able to provide you with the support you need.
